Your Freediving Certification is designed to teach you:
• Relaxation and conscious breathing techniques, essential for extending your time underwater and staying calm
• Safety protocols
• Body posture and effcient vertical swimming technique
• Equalization techniques
Whether you're a complete beginner or have prior experience, this course will provide you with a solid, safe, and personalized foundation to explore the ocean with freedom and confidence.
What's Included:
• International AIDA Freediving Certification (AIDA 2)
• Accommodation at Casa Tara Retreat (@casatararetreat), in a shared double room
• Daily yoga sessions focused on breathwork and relaxation
• 8 Healthy and delicious meals, prepared with fresh, local ingredients
• Marine safari in the legendary “Aquarium of the World”
• Daily freediving practice in both pool and open water

Any modifications are always made with everyone’s safety and well-being in mind. We appreciate your understanding, as these situations are beyond our control.

Investment:
$28,000 MXN per person
Reserve your spot with $5,000 MXN
Maximum capacity: 7 women
Payment Plans and Refund Policy:
To secure your spot at the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $5,000 MXN is required.
This deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
A second payment of $10,000 MXN must be completed by October 1st,
and the final payment of $13,000 MXN is due on November 12th.
Regarding cancellations and refunds:
The initial deposit of $5,000 MXN is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Only in the case of a cancellation made at least 45 days prior to the start of the retreat will a refund be issued for any payments made beyond the initial deposit.
Cancellations made within 45 days of the retreat start date are not eligible for any refund.
If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another participant, provided prior notice is given. However, no refunds will be issued.
